ACE employs a full-time Career & College Readiness Advisor  (CCRA) to help students be successful in high school, graduate and prepare for post-secondary opportunities and long-term careers.

The CCRA works with students, parents and faculty to promote increased academic achievement through targeted educational interventions, including progress toward graduation, academic and career transition, academic intervention and dropout prevention.  Through connection to community resources and/or direct support, the CCRA also helps students and their families meet socioeconomic needs that may be hindering academic stability.  

The CCRA is also the Youth on their Own (YOTO) homeless liaison.
